Diabetes Reporting
Your doctor reviews your diabetes data weekly and sends you customized, actionable reports
Cutting-Edge Care for Patients with Type 1 Diabetes
Our software was developed by doctors (not a tech or medical device company) who wanted to improve on the typical 4 visits a year for T1D and better use the proliferation of data from medical devices. Diabetes Reporting gives doctors the ability to review and interpret your medical device data every week, and reach out with recommendations as needed, so you don't have to worry that you're (or your child is) in danger. The software also generates customized reports (based on your doctor's clinical judgment) every week that digest your data into understandable explanations and graphics, and make recommendations for insulin changes. Your doctor's expertise, multiplied by technology, available over 10 times more often than traditional treatment = the best care available for T1D.
Make Sense of All Your Data
Your cgm, bgm, and insulin pump all generate an overwhelming amount of data. We help you and your doctor understand your data, and use it to decide what to do.
Your Doctor Can Monitor Your Data Weekly
Seeing a doctor four times a year (if that) is not enough. Now you can upload your data and rest assured that a doctor or care provider is checking it, and will reach out if needed.
Learn How to Make Insulin Changes Safely
Our doctor-generated weekly reports show you how you're managing your diabetes, and give you recommendations based on your data. When you make changes to your basal insulin, we show you how the change is affecting your blood sugar levels so you can see what's working. Patients who make changes do better than those who don't. And knowing your doctor is monitoring your numbers gives you confidence.
Enjoy Better Outcomes Now and in Years to Come
Patients in our program do significantly better than age-matched patients, both in terms of overall glycemic control (average GMI of 7.78, with an average age of 21), and acute complications (fewer instances of DKA and severe hypoglycemia).
